Your Planning Ahead booking is confirmed after payment has been successfully completed and the required service capacity has been reserved for your selected date.

No. You choose an available service date and collection window. Beloved Paws coordinates the cremation schedule internally. Customers are not shown specific cremation times.

Planning Ahead bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection window are eligible for a refund less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled collection window are generally non-refundable. To request a cancellation or change, please contact our care team. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
